Digithon 2025: ten years of innovation and startups
The tenth edition of Digithon, the digital marathon that every year leads to Bisceglie startups and innovators from all over Italy, took place from 11 to 13 September 2025 at the Vecchie Segherie Mastrototaro, confirming itself as one of the most important events of the national ecosystem.
This year the event registered over 320 applications, with 100 finalist startups that presented their projects to investors, universities, research centers and representatives of the business world. Over 50,000 Euros, including the Digithon 2025 Award of 10,000 Euros, awarded to LexSA, a Milanese startup that develops artificial intelligence solutions to automate tax collectors' manual activities. On the podium also myINDUSTRIES and Qsensato, with projects of advanced robotics for SMEs and quantum sensors for ultra-precise measures respectively.

The Gino Di Pace Award of Confindustria Bari and BAT
Among the special awards, great relief was the Gino Di Pace Award, promoted by Confindustria Bari and BAT and assigned to the Hitwin startup (Hi Twin). The platform, based on Digital Twins empowered by artificial intelligence, allows to conduct market research ethically, scalable and in real time: Digital Twins respond to surveys instead of people, ensuring greater speed and respect for privacy.

“The level of startups was really high: concrete projects, mature and with great potential. This special edition for the ten years of Digithon was a unique opportunity to breathe an atmosphere of enthusiasm and excitement, with many innovative ideas coming from all over the country. I want to thank Digithon for the excellent organization and for creating an event in which each project had the opportunity to emerge” – said Giulio Derobertis, CEO of Dimensione3 and member of the jury group of Confindustria Bari and BAT.

Digithon becomes Foundation
A further step forward announced during the 2025 edition was the transformation of Digithon into the Foundation, with the aim of strengthening the role of permanent hub for innovation, not only as an annual event but as a stable meeting platform between startups, companies, institutions and universities.

An ecosystem that grows
This year’s experience shows how Digithon is now a consolidated point of reference for those who want to do business starting from innovation. The startups find here not only visibility, but also contacts, acceleration paths and concrete opportunities of growth.
Confindustria Bari and BAT thus confirms its commitment to support entrepreneurship and new generations, contributing to enhancing a heritage of talent that can significantly affect the economic and social future of the country.
